Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The HP welcome message appears every time I open my computer.  Can anyone tell me how to stop this happening please?

Hi:

 

Open the Windows Control Panel, and in the top right, next to View by:  select 'Large Icons.'

 

From the new layout, select Programs and Features, and let the list populate.

 

Find the HP Welcome program listed there, right click the entry, and select Uninstall.
