desktop 550-130na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I changed to a new HP computer and then tried to re-set the old HP one to factory settings.   After going through the routine, and selecting the keyboard required, the system then starts all over again.  What am I doing wrong?   I have tried to get it to re-boot several times, with the same outcome of the desktop not starting up in the original factory settings

@Johnjj1

We need to know both the model number and age of the other PC in order to provide any detailed instructions.

I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

I am not sure if this post is still operating or should I repost my problem.
