i got 1 update done KB3020369

the one i couldn't install KB3172605

i'm still getting error message code 80072EFE

every time i tried installed KB3172605

this application is not for your computer

what should i do now

when i go to the website on link that you sent me the computer goes to that link going by the directions in that page that you sent me i should be able to put the downloads in a basket but it won't let me

when i open the page input in the KB number it carries me to the website it just says download

it just cares me to another page that wants me to download it most of the time it tells me that does not comply to your computer

windows 7 has internet explorer 8 on it and i was just wondering if you thought i need to pt i ut internet explorer 11 on it

i just wanted to let you know i'm dyslexic an i'm clicking the mic in edge and i'm saying what i wanna say to you 

and sometimes it puts it out there wrong appreciate the patient you having with me with this problem
