Microsoft Windows 11

My all in one has blue screen saying did not close correctly AND when rebooted says didnt open correctly. I have followed all i can find to do and nothing works to get it sorted. I can not get the desktop on line. It was working fine , when i came to open it from sleep mode this happened and has not worked since, so dont know if it tried to update. Tried f11, f2, rebooting, turn off and unplug then holding power, nothing works

I am not great with tech

Thankyou for any help

Makes sure you can run diagnostics ---

Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.
Do not allow any updates if disk or memory fail, especially a BIOS update.

If disk and memory are OK then try booting in windows safe mode
This explains how to boot into safe mode

https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/ish_5000477-5000532-16

Skip down to "Enter safe mode from outside windows"
When you get to advanced options select "Startup Repair"

Let me know if you need more help or if startup repair fails.

You can try to repair windows 10/11 by selecting a windows restore point from before the time the problem occurred.
This video described how to use a restore point
