I can no longer print from my desktop. The printer does work correctly using my laptop.(so there is no problem with the printer) The printer indicator is light gray on the desktop toolbar and does not respond to my print signal. The printer is not offline (checked). I have already taken all the steps (eg new installation of printer drivers...) but I cannot get the printer to work by the desktop. The document enters the print-queue and disappears some time later without being printed. It seems that the desktop does nog make contact with the printer. What is the solution ?
