Product: HP All-in-One - 22-c0020na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I power on, my desktop pc reveals the HP logo and rotating circle, tells me it’s restarting - but then fails to restart.

 

I’ve tried changing power source, removing and replacing power cables and powering on/off - but all to no avail.

 

It does not respond to any of the keys, nor to the control/alt/ delete trick.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
