Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-1011nl
hi i have a problem with the hp bios. Recently the computer started to crash by itself, seeing the problem on the site and trying the solutions, I tried to restore the bios, but if I try to do it with windows+s it tells me that "the bios recovery files cannot be found or the files are corrupted". The problem is that I can't even download the file from the hp driver site, because there is no driver for my hp pavilion desktop - tp01-1011nl computer. Please help, I've already tried contacting support but it didn't help.

In the software and drivers web page, select "all drivers" and download the latest version of the BIOS.
You will need a USB flash drive and another PC.
