I keep getting a error message saying website not responding and the option to wait or exit

Happen randomly?

Same website?

Clicking the refresh icon fix the problem?

 

If same website then try another browser.  Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Brave

 

Possibly a secure connection cannot be made.  Bring up windows event viewer and look for errors such as timeouts in both system and applications.

 

Another possibility is the website security (defender, mcafee, acronis, etc) cannot phone home to see if the site is secure.
