I could not download TurboTax after trying for eight hours. My daughter-in-law said it’s an HP problem. I’m 77 and get very confused on the computer

we have an old computer and I only use it to do my taxes. Somehow I did something wrong and it will not download my tax product. My daughter-in-law says it is not a disk problem. It’s an HP problem. Help what do I do?

I can not begin to guess WHY this is an "HP problem" as I have used HP PCs for many years and have YET to run into any download problems specific to HP. 

 

If you want our help, you need to tell us specifically WHAT you are doing and WHAT errors you are experiencing.

 

I recently downloaded a tax app onto an HP laptop and ran into no such "HP problem".
