Product: HP ENVY desktop

My desktop suddenly stopped working. Screen went blank last night. This morning, upon startup, got messages regarding diagnosing and repairing PC. Final msg "Automatic repair couldn't repair your pc." Should I use the reset to factory settings option, or take it somewhere to get fixed? Thanks!

no PC model told just envy

not OS told w10?

in w10 , reboot 3 times this magic feature in w10 automatically starts up w10 repair

did you run HP  diagnostics, ?
