Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The PC will start up, but displays a blue screen that says there's a problem and the computer needs to restart. It gives me the option of "reset" or "other options"
If I reset, it just looks back to the same place. So I tried to do a factory reset from the "other options" menu. But now the comp will not start up. It just beeps two slow tones then two fast tones. With the power button blinking the same pattern. Help me, please!
