Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-df0007tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop serial number is not being recognised by my microsoft account and as  a result I cannot generate the BitLocker code. Been through all the obvious things/steps. If I can get the microsoft account to recognise the serial number I will be able to generate the code but I have tried everything and it keeps saying that it doesn't recognise the serial number. Any ideas?
