I received a desktop 260-a010 from grandson and he could not remember the password to get in at all so I did a factory reset to resolve to like new. It seemed to have reset and now just spins on the HP screen and I can't do anything.
I did get to the trouble shooting screen F11 but everything I tried said there was no an administrator set up on the computer so could not perform the task.

Hi:
If you can't get into windows, make your own plain W10 installation media by using the Media creation tool at the link below.
Create a USB (you will need an 8 GB USB flash drive) installation flash drive.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
The software will work with the W10 product key in your PC's BIOS, and activate once you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
