Hello,
The desktop restarts for critical error every day, in random moments .
In the event viewer there is the path of the dump file produced while restarting (.dmp).
In the dump file there is the following:
KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000020, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
Arg2: ffffffffc000009c, error status (normally i/o status code)
Arg3: ffffdb090845e0d0, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
Arg4: 0000000000000000, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)

All the drivers have been updated, nevertheless the issue still occur.
Moreover when chkdsk is launched, it highlights some damaged blocks on disk (maybe it is not related as Windows should exclude them) in any case, the fresh new computer does apparentely have a disk working well which is making the system unstable and the desktop cannot be used
HP Support Assistant tool, is not anyway capable to see anything wrong in the disk.
Any help would be really appreciated
