I can't download Windows 11 in The HP TPC-F125-SF desktop computer. Does it have TPM version 2 disable?

It doesn't help you.
It helps me figure out what model PC you have.

If there is no security devices category in the device manager (where the TPM 2.0 security device would be listed), then most likely the TPM setting is disabled in the BIOS.
Since there is no info available on the BIOS settings, you will have to go into the BIOS and see if you can find the setting to enable the TPM 2.0 security device.
Most likely that setting will be found in the security menu.
To access the BIOS restart the PC.
Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F10 Setup option and press the enter key.

HP TPC-F125-SF is not the model number of your PC.
That is a general description that can apply to many different PC's.
Please post the product number of your PC.
You can find your PC's product number by clicking on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.
Type: System Information
The System information app should show up.
Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.
