I have already researched following this same type of question
There is no information!
the files mentioned, are not even available in the microsoft catalog
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=HP+Inc.+-+SoftwareComponent
if it is present, we can at least download, and search in the files then, the first we know that it corresponds to what I indicate here
I still do not explain to me why and how it is that microsoft provided updates, without any indication!
