Good morning!

I need to reinstall Windows 10 from the pendrive and I can't access the Bios of the mini HP EliteDesk 705 G3 to boot from the pendrive, I've already tried several "ESC" "F10" keys as indicated on the official HP website.
Could anyone give some help?

The elitedesk 705 g3 has four rear USB ports that are working, including the keyboard was connected to one of these ports and accessing the OS normally. The solution to the problem was to connect the keyboard to the front USB port and accessing the bios with the F10 key worked.

Thank you @Resistencia for your help.

Hi @alanlima25

try to power on the computer and press the F9 key several times, the boot menu will appear and you should see your bootable USB, remember to do this with the USB already connected.

I did this procedure and it didn't work.

Searching the internet I found some tips for updating the bios. Would this solve it?

I don't think so, but you can try, are you sure your keyboard is working?
