HP Stream Laptop 14-ax0XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • I recently got a new router/modem and all my other devices connected fine but for this laptop, the wireless name doesn't even show on the list of connections available to connect. I've tried to set it up manually or connect it directly to the router but it didn't work. There is a hidden network that has the strongest bars ans i tried connecting to that as well but didn't work. I've updated the driver but still didn't work. Not sure what else i can do.

What is your HP Stream Laptop 14-ax0XX  ? Most likely your machine only support 2.4GHz networks. Please allow your new router to broadcast dual bands (2.4GHz and 5.0GHz), your machine can "see" 2.4GHz network and allow you to connect.

Regards.
