Hi:
The first thing you need to do is to use the recovery manager program to create recovery media for your PC.
Once you install W7, the recovery partition won't work so you may as well delete it as part of the W7 install and have more disk space.
Next, go into the BIOS, enable legacy mode and disable secure boot. W7 is not compatible with secure boot.
See this link for more info regarding the BIOS settings that need to be changed.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03659945
Then install W7.
As you may have already found out, HP only supports that model for W10, so you won't be finding any W7 driver support on the support page.
So that means you have to use the W7 drivers from the individual hardware component manufacturer's websites.
Here are most if not all of the W7 drivers you need...
Chipset; You want the 1st file listed on the webpage. Install and restart the PC.
https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy4&os=Windows%207%20-%2064
Graphics: 1st driver on the list. Install and restart the PC.
https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/apu?os=Windows%207%20-%2064
Audio: Accept the agreement. Download and install the 2nd file on the list and restart the PC.
Ethernet: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the W7 driver file at the link below...
SD Card reader: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st file listed at the link below...
Wifi:
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE wireless LAN Controller in the supported models running a supported operating system.

Bluetooth:
