Product: Presario CQ62
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a comaq presario that windows crashed and it has the windows sticker on the bottom, I went to Microsoft's website but it says i have to go to HPs website to get the windows download.

I have searched the site but cant find the link to get a full windows download.

Anyone able to help?

The Rufus does not install for me, I need to look for another solution

If you downloaded the ISO file, use the tool that I zipped up and attached below if Rufus didn't work.

 

If you would prefer to burn the ISO file to a DVD, I use this free simple to use DVD burning program...

 

https://www.cdburnerxp.se/en/download

 

After you install the CD burner XP program, open it and select the 4th item down on the home menu...Burn ISO file.

 

Then burn the file at the slowest speed you can to get a good burn.
