DVD drives do not have standalone drivers.

 

Windows has contained the necessary drivers for optical drive since Windows 2000 came out in 1999.

 

See Microsoft's troubleshooting guide at the link below, which would be the only suggestion I can offer.

 

Your CD or DVD drive is not recognized by Windows or other programs - Microsoft Support
