Hi - I installed Windows 7 Ultimate Edition on my HP desktop and now unable to install at the required drivers. Can anyone please tell me from where I can download these drivers? Via the HP Support site, I only see Windows 10 drivers listed, but I need all the drivers for my PC using Windows 7.

Hi:
See if these drivers work for your PC:
1 Install the AMD chipset driver and restart the PC. Select the W7 x64 driver file.
2. Graphics: Select the W7 x64 driver file.

Thank you for your reply. I was able to install the Chipset and Wifi and Bluethooth. Could not do it for Sound and Ethernet.
Is there an automatic utility that can scan my hardware on the PC and install their appropriate drivers? Also, I've captured the errors I got for Sound and Ethernet failed installs:
Looking forward to your reply. Thank you.

You're very welcome.
There is no utility from HP that will give you W7 drivers since your PC is only supported for W10.
If you have sound, then I would forget using the Realtek driver.
I don't know why the Realtek ethernet driver didn't work for you.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W7 driver HP has works for your PC:

Hello, thank you for your reply. My computer does not have sound so it's important to get the driver installed. I tried to go the installs again, but failed. See images below:
I tried to install it in different ways, but was not successful. Should I send an email to Realtek customer support?
Please let me know. Regards.

Hello, I did backup the old version of Windows on the hard drive when I installed W7. Is there any special directory where the Audio drivers are kept, maybe I can use that backup to see if the audio works as I can add them manually using the Device Manager?
Please let me know. Thanks.
