I am purchasing an 

HP Pavilion TP01-2096 318HG8AA Desktop. I thought I read where a HDD comes with the unit along with 256 SSD, but can't find that info. Is that correct?

Hi:

 

According to the product specs at the link below, the model only comes with a 256 GB NVMe SSD.

The parts list does not show that a 3.5" drive was included.

Here is the spec page for that model

If you have not purchased the PC yet, then it might be possible to order the HDD as an option but the listing from various sites selling the Pavilion Desktop TP01-2096 PC do not list a HDD, only the 256GB SSD.
