I dropped a flashlight on my keyboard and now there is a square in the middle of my monitor screen with 'Audio' @ the top of the square.  The 'sound' symbol, with 'Volume' indicating that the volume is increased to the max @ 100 (which is showing as a red bar.  Any idea how to remove this 'display'?  I've shut-down, rebooted, and purchased a brand new keyboard, but, unsuccessful.  I don't see an option to upload a picture. 31JUL20

There are no 'stuck' keys.  The volume keys are above the numbered keypad to the right.  The flashlight did not touch to that area.20200731_183518[1].jpg
