Duplicate files and folders

I have just bought a new Desktop and loaded my data from the old pc onto the new one. The thing is I remember seeing something that asked which old pc did I want to get old data from and I clicked on my old pc. But now I think they may have been downloaded to the new pc twice. But I don't know if I can find Duplicate files and folders without going through every picture I have and go through all the folders I have. The reason I ask is because I have brought everything over to my new pc the Cloud is saying my storage is full. Anybody know if there are any shortcuts I could use to find duplicates, please.
