Greetings @QuentinMLX

Have you checked Valorant forums for assistance? Do a web search for fix Vgk.sys errors.

Valorant requires Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 when using W11. Your PC supports Secure Boot and your processor supports TPM 2.0.

You're running W11 so I'm thinking TPM is active and you have stated Secure Boot is on.

The latest W10 BIOS update (F35 Rev.A) at this HP Site is what your PC is now using. I can't find a newer BIOS update for your MB.

HP W10 BIOS updates are normally compatible with W11.

Hey @Bill_To,thansk for your reply.

Yes secure boot is ON and UEFI mode and TPM 2.0 is active too.
I sent a ticket to the riot support.
They don't have an ETA or a resolution for now. They recommanded me to contact my computer manufacturer for assistance which is HP. But there is no way to contact HP directly by mail or a ticket support. Only the forum.... So that's why I sent a message there.

The error i got from valorant crash just said to update the BIOS or ask the manufacturer...
I got the latest available W10 BIOS (F35 Rev.A) but it's weird that there are no update for W11 or update since 2023 of BIOS...

Kind regards...

Greetings @QuentinMLX

My pleasure.

Enhanced security is good but has a downside. You're experiencing the downside now.

PC and MB OEMs usually provide a limited support period. Usually three to four years for BIOS updates and driver updates.

I don't game but I build gaming PCs. Maybe a different Forum member, who has solved this problem, might chime in with a solution.

I don't understand why you would need a newer BIOS since your PC already supports: Secure Boot and TPM 2.0. There may be newer versions of those MB security functions which Valorant now needs to run.

The game worked until June, 2024. Were there any game updates installed immediately prior to this problem?

Maybe a game reinstall might help.

Regards
