My "HP ENVY Desktop TE01-1154 PC" has a name of "Desktop-B4LMKM6". What does this name mean???? Why does it have two names???

Actually, the Desktop-B4LMKM6 name is randomly assigned during the Windows installation process.
If you were to reinstall Windows, you would get a different PC name.
As WAWood indicated, you can change the Desktop-B4LMKM6 to anything you want.
After I reinstall Windows, I change the name to the PC model name for example.
You can do that in the PC control panel advanced settings menu.
In the search box/icon on the Windows taskbar, type Advanced settings.
The Advanced settings app will appear.
Click on it to open the program.
On the left tab, click on Computer Name.
At the bottom right of that window, click on the Change button.
Make any changes you want (I believe that you are limited to a certain number of characters and no spaces).
Then you will have to restart the PC after you make the change.
