Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello

everytime i start my all in one PC, lot of editor app open with the same message/ question:

Editor

the file C.:

/SESSION.RCh0DFF7IE   

... ( and so on, is a bit longer, but ends with: )   

=.txt kann not be found.

 

Do you want to create a new file?

"

and then i should click:

"

yes?

or

no?

"

(  The text is written in german, which is  my right country language, i translated it )

 

otherwise i cannot close anymore that editor windows.

How can i stop that?
