This particular topic has been viewed by many, but yet there seems to be no answer.  I don't use HP Ink.  I just want to change the email address that is listed in my profile on HP Support Assistant.  It would seem to me that an email address change would be allowed.  And there seem to be no instructions on how to do this.  I shouldn't have to create a new account for this.

 

Is there anyone out there who has done this or knows what steps are involved to get this done?

To change the email address associated with your HP Support Assistant profile, you typically wouldn't need to create a new account. Here’s how you might update your email address:

Log in to Your HP Account:

  • Visit the HP account login page and enter your current email and password.

Access Account Settings:

  • Once logged in, navigate to the account settings or personal information section. This is usually found under a profile or settings icon on the HP website.

Update Your Email:

  • In the account settings, look for the option to edit your email. You should be able to enter your new email address here.

Verify Your New Email:

  • After updating, HP might send a verification email to your new address. Follow the instructions in this email to confirm the change.

Save Changes:

  • Make sure to save any changes before logging out.
