Embedding an external video camera

I am running the latest test versions of Windows 11 on both a Surface Pro 7 and this HP with an HP w1907 Monitor.  The Surface Pro 7 has both an embedded camera and microphone while this monitor has only an embedded mic.  The embedded items make many of the newer features automatic.  Has anyone got a way to embed a Logitech HD-720p external camera to utilize newer features?  PS:  I'm 75 years old, retired for ten and self-taught as a LAN Manager. I've been in the business since before Windows 95.  I don't think I'm a dummy but, a little slower than most from some severe head injuries.  Many Thanks

Camera Installation:

• Connect the Logitech HD-720p Camera: Use a USB port on the HP Pavilion Desktop to connect the camera.
• Install Drivers: Windows 11 should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. If it doesn't, visit the Logitech Support website to download the appropriate drivers for your camera model.

Setting Up the Camera:

• Open the Settings app by pressing Windows + I.
• Navigate to Devices and then select Bluetooth & devices.
• Click on Cameras to see the connected cameras.
• Ensure that the Logitech camera is recognized and set up correctly.

Configure Camera Features in Windows 11:

• Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Camera.
• Enable the camera and configure the permissions for various applications that you intend to use.

Using the Camera with Applications:

• Applications such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Skype should detect the external camera automatically if it's connected properly.
• Open the application settings and change the default camera to Logitech HD-720p.

Ensuring Full Functionality:

• Some features may require additional software from Logitech, such as the Logitech Camera Settings application, which allows for adjusting resolution, frame rate, and other camera settings.
• Install any recommended software or updates from the Logitech website to ensure you have the latest features and compatibility.
