Went through the Reset steps, now the system is on an endless loop.   "Installing Windows - Your PC will restart several times - 64% - Installing features and drivers - Configuring setting 0%"

Hi,

Your PC will restart about three or four times when resetting Windows or installing Windows clean. Disconnect unnecessary peripherals.

If your PC is in a repetitive loop it might be a good idea to check hardware (failing HDD or RAM problems).

Start the PC. tap "ESC", select "F2".

Run some tests.

Regards

The system passes all tests.  The endless loop never stops.  It just keeps restarting over and over with same message.  Any other suggestions?
