I had HP try to fix a problem with my MFP M29W Laserjet pro. It printed once. When I noticed the computer was not connected to the internet. I checked and the network adapter was gone, also my audio device was not there either. Not it boots to a black screen and cannot click on start menu or make any change.
Computer did not come with boot disk. How can I get this working?

You can download W8.1 64 bit from the link below. Select the plain W8.1 file.
Download Windows 8.1 Disc Image (ISO File) (microsoft.com)
Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive or DVD so that it is bootable, or you can use a different utility such as Rufus to transfer the file to a USB flash drive.
