Product: Hp laptop 15 pouces

Bonjour, 

Je n'arrive pas à résoudre le problème suivant sur mon pc portable HP :

 

"périphérique d amorçage introuvable, veuillez installer un système d exploitation sur votre disque dur" 

Erreur : 3F0.

 

Diagnostic disque dur et mémoire :  pas de problème apparant. 

 

Pourtant à chaque redémarrage je tombe sur le même message d erreur. 

 

J ai acheté mon pc en Mai 2020. 

 

Numéro de produit : 6HY66EA#ABF

Il faut écrie en Anglais

Votre ordinateur doit donc être ceci :

Si vous n' arrivez à rien, votre ordinateur doit toujours être sous garantie

Vous pouvez contacter le revendeur directement ( garantie légale de conformité 2 ans  )

Ou HP garantie commerciale 1 an
