Microsoft Windows 11

Hello.

I have an HP Pavilion All in One Desktop 27 and sometimes when the blue screenshine appears indicating that there is no hard drive and error (3f0).
When I enter HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI, all tests:
Processor, memory test, storage tests (rapid verification and extensive verification), system plate test, keyboard test etc etc. gives them correct.
The team continues to work several days or week without problem, until when you less expect it again.
Sometimes it is reset alone, and sometimes, as I say, it is working for several weeks without problem.
I have done what it indicates reading the code Q that appears on the screenshot, that is, restore the default configuration of the BIOS, but does not solve the problem.

I think there is an update of the BIOS, but at the time of trying to update, this message came out:

Warning:
Windows Bitlocker Drive Encryption (BDE) is enabled on your system user tpmsecury. HP requirements that BDE BE SUSPENDETEMPORARILY DURING A BIOS UPDATE TO PREVENT LOSS OF THEENCRYFATION KEY. It is also recommended to verifytu you have backup of the bitlocker recovery key before contining.

To allow This Utility to suspended bitlocker and continues with the bios update, click "ok" to abort, click "cancel".

Bitlocker Protection Willautomatically Sumumewhwn Windows is subtracted.

Arriving at this point I get lost and I don't know what option to take.

If someone has happened to him and can help me, I would appreciate it greatly.

Greetings to the entire community.
