Product: ProOne 400 G1 AiO 21.5" Touch
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

This machine has not been used for quite a while. On power-on, fan starts but a couple of seconds later On/Off button flashes red four times and repeats four times. By trying H/D on another machine, I know that it is OK. I have tried disconnecting most items from the main board but to no avail. Any pointers would be useful. Thanks.

CORRECTION: There are Five repeats of the four beeps and not four. Also does not appear to be a memory fault as I have also swapped the 4GB card.
