Pavilion 595-p0010nl

To clean the HP Pavilion 595-p0010nl PC Product code: 4MS65EA https://support.hp.com/it-it/product/hp-pavilion-595-p0000-desktop-pc-series/19390512/model/22955022 I decided format it using HP Recovery Manager.
But after several restarts the installation ended with an error, the log of this error I attached https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhRgEYhQz4RwiY9URugsA7dWjwyluQ.

The PC is still under warranty.

(I managed to "unlock" windows, but the system lacks some drivers and various hp software).

I saw that at the link: https://www.best2serve.com/it-it/page/rcd_landing you can buy a "recovery media".

Since the PC is still under warranty and I don't think I have damaged the PC and its HP Recovery in any way, can I solve another way or get the "recovery media" for free?

Siccome il PC e ancora in garanzia e non credo di aver danneggiato in qualche modo il PC e la sua HP Recovery, posso risolvere un altro modo o ottenere il "supporti di ripristino" in modo gratuito?

So you might remain stuck until you shell our €30 or so for these disks I'm afraid.

 

As youn still have warranty, your obvious alternative is to raise it with Support - perhaps they will be willing to assist or have some creative ideas based ont he feedback via logs.

Your PC came with a utility, supplied by HP, that allows for the FREE creation of recovery media.  If you failed to exercise that option, HP is under no obligation now to supply you such media at no charge.

 

However, for issues like this, you will need to deal with HP Customer Support directly.  We are not able to assist you in this.
