Error Safe os when installing latest windows 10 1909 update. I tried all available steps online. Like scanning my pc and turning off all available drivers. Updated them to latest and also updated bios. But same error is coming again and again.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues updating the Windows to the latest version.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you run the Windows update troubleshooter and it will automatically find and fix the Windows update related issues.
Here is how it is done.
Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, then select Windows Update under Get up and running, and then select Run the troubleshooter.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
