HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just unplugged my computer to move to different area. Now I can get into nothing. No long in nothing . It power on does a recovery diagnostic test them says something bout failing. Did an recovery manager and backup but then fails with error code FFFFFF15.

Sorry no one responded sooner, but "something about failing" is too vague to be useful and we need to know the exact message you're seeing when running the diagnostics in order to provide you any advice.
