HP EliteDesk 800 65W G2 Base Model Desktop Mini PC

Hello,
On an HP EliteDesk 800 G2 mini, 65W, the USB-C port on the front is not functional.
When checking the hardware using the "HP Support Assist" and/or "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI" an error message is displayed
generated that I don't understand:
"Model: HP EliteDesk 800 G2 DM 65W Serial Number: XXXXXXXXXX Product ID: L2X86AV CSO Number:
Agent ID: == Start Type Result Error ID 2015-01-01 00:02:19 USB port failed
9W1XWW-B167G1-X87T6K-8D7C03 2023-10-21 16:36:14 USB port Unsuccessful
9W1XWW-B16BR6-X87T6K-8D4D03 2023-10-21 16:33:03 System [F-1] Aborted NZ". Does anyone here know what exactly that means, or where you can look up the meaning of such
error codes? Googling hasn't yielded anything so far. The system also complains about the RAM. 2 x 16GB DDR4 SODIMM, 2166 MHZ from Kingston are installed. However, the RAM is fully recognized within Windows. The device has 2 SSDs, a 2.5 inch as a Windows boot drive, and an NVME-M2 as a data grab. I have already performed a reset (button on the mainboard), installed a new UEFI/BIOS battery, and loaded the UEFI/BIOS default values. Thank you for your attention, greetings,
