Error message when trying to install Kaltura

I am currently trying to install the application Kaltura on my laptop for one of my online courses. The file will download and save fine; however when I open the file and try to "run and install" the program, an error message comes up. The message that I get is "This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor." I contacted my online schools IT support and they have directed me here. Please help me and let me know what I need to do to get this program installed.

I am not a HP employee.

The error message may be telling you all you need to know.

The processor or video processor subset cannot support this software.

It is not an operating system issue.

The only solution I see is to upgrade your PC.

It would appear you have a hardware compatibility problem with this software.

I don't know why tech support did not tell you this.

Maybe I am wrong.

Wait for a better answer.
