Hi All

I am trying to recover my system using the cloud recovery tool. I am getting error message like recovery manager - 0xFFEE018 and then if I cancel, I am getting same error messages with different numbers like 037, 038, 013, 014 .... up to 042. Can anyone help me how to overcome this please?

Hi:

 

If the cloud recovery tool isn't working, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to clean install W10.

 

Make bootable installation media using the Media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
