I had just purchased this computer and set it up yesterday. I updated my windows when it was stuck at 100% updated for over 30 minutes. I had performed a hard reset, then wait for it to install what was updated, then perform an update reset. It gave me an issue which I couldn't write down. What I have seen currently, is when I shut down my computer it will give me an issue concerning memory, I believe. I couldn't write it down because it would only be visible for 10 seconds before the computer turns off. This only happens if I do something that involves cloud memory I believe. If I just turn on my computer and turn it off, I don't receive an error notice. When I say turn on and off, I mean boot up, wait for windows to start and then shut down afterwards.

Greetings @Smart_Guy
Welcome to the HP Forum.
I have never encountered the issues you are having.
A possible memory problem is a hardware problem. I don't what cloud memory means.
Did the PC do the initial W11 OOBE routine? Can you now log in to Windows and use the OS without problems?
You should return this brand new PC to the seller if the PC is misbehaving.
A brand new PC should work correctly after initial setup.
