Product: Hp probook 645 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having issue with escape key. Whenever it is pressed the system information pops up on front. It has effected my software working procedures. Kindly give me the way to how I can cope up with this situation ? My laptop is Hp Probook 645G1

Hello

 

check in the installed application if you have HP SYstem Information ,  in case is there, uninstall it

 

or it could be HP Support Assistant. IF you don't need it , uninstall it.
