Intel gigabit ethernet driver will not update on windows 10 Pro, 64 bit.  Intel Driver & Support Assistant says there is an update available but cannot find it to upgrade it.  The current version is 29.3.1.  My version is noted above and dates back to 2018.  I have 6 of these SFF's and everyone does the same thing.  Can anyone help me upgrade this driver, or should I just forget about updating it because I do have a great internet connection?

I would definitely do the latter.

 

Don't try and update the driver.

 

W10 installs the newest driver that is supported.

 

A driver date of 2018 sounds about right.
