Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After doin a update and restart my HP turns back on to a blue screen saying there was a problem with the update, I went through every option available as to avoid having to reset my pc but it ended up being the only thing that worked. Now I tried the update again and got the same issues. Ive ran troubleshooter after troubleshooter and they show no issues? So now the pc is trying to restart to install the update but im trying to figure this out bf it makes me restart. Any help is greatly apprec. Thank You!!!

You may need a BIOS update and possible newer drivers

There is a May 6, 2022 bios release for your system

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp140001-140500/sp140026.exe

 

post back if the problem continues but please give the name of the update that failes.  Usually it starts  with the letter "K"
