Extended Warranty is not active

HP All-in-One - 22-c0020in
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased the 2Yr extended warranty for my PC as on the date of purchase  .I do have the proof for this. however , when i check the warranty status it shows as EXPIRED . i tried to dispute this in the support page ,  however the website doesn't allowme to submit the information as the "Dispute Warranty" button on the webpage is not active (or disabled) .

I tried to contact the support but no chance to get connected !
