My computer is slow so I ran an extensive test and Hard Drive Short DST failed. It gave me a failure ID: M0AD4K-7GABNK-MFPM7F-60U103. How do I go about fixing this issue?

Hi:
Enter the required info at the link below, and it should provide a general report regarding the problem and what most likely needs to be done to fix it. You have all the info you need to do that except perhaps the product number which is J4W86AA.
HP Customer Support - Service Center
No doubt you will be informed that you will need to install a new hard drive.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
Hardware Reference Guide (hp.com)
After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below. Make the 64-bit installation media. You will need to do this on another PC-preferably one that is running W10 or W11.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After you boot the from the installation media and get past the 'Install Now' screen, you will be asked to enter the version of W10 you want to install. Select W10 Home.
Then you will be asked to enter a product key.
Select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and then activate after you are connected to the internet.
