Hi I can go to F10 and advanced but the disabled Prompt messages is on and the F1 boot disable is on but computer switches off before i can save

Hi Its a HP 6000 small , now ive changed the battery and when i switch on the green light lasts 1 second and does not start up , when i slide the back off i can see a green light on by the input for the monitor . but will not now switch on
