F11 Factory Reset Not Working (Hp pavilion p600 series, not running factory OS)

After some months of using windows 10 for my Hp pavilion p6000 series desktop, I realized that windows 7, the OS that came, built in with the pc, was faster and ultimately worked better. Since i wanted to return back to the systems original OS without needing to buy a product key or using a usb drive, I tried to do a factory reset using the boot method and repeatedly pressing F11 when the pc starts up. I knew I had already passed the 10-30 day return to windows 7 period option that windows 10 had given me. this means that the windows.old file had already been automatically deleted. when trying to factory reset the pc i found out that the  option was not working and the pc would just go on with its normal boot sequence without opening the recovery or factory reset menu. the only thing it did was quickly show the blue menu screen- (the one that lets you know the keyboard shortcuts for the pc brand) -then go on with the rest of the boot. up keep in mind that the factory OS, or the version of windows that came with the pc was windows 7. don't forget that I also had upgraded the pc to windows 10 shortly after first using the pc. I kindly ask for any assistance on how to fix this issue, because i want to be able to return the windows 7 that came with this desktop, because of how slow windows 10 was running on such an old pc. Note: the only thing I came close to was the startup menu that has a list of all possible devices that can be used to boot up the pc, unfortunaly, this was temporary and i can no longer pull up this screen anymore using the boot Escape key method where the user repeatedly presses esc when boosting up the pc.

Processor AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 220 Processor 2.80 GHz

Installed RAM 4.00 GB (3.75 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

OS Windows 10 pro (ver 20H2)

Display ATI Radeon HD 4200

If you can still read all 25 characters of the W7 Home Premium product key on your PC's case, you can do this...

You can download the W7 64 bit Home Premium ISO file from the link below-- toward the bottom of the page.

Windows 7 Home Premium Free Download ISO 32 Bit 64 Bit (getintopc.com)

Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

HP has retired support for your PC's model series since it is more than 10 years old, but if you let me know what drivers you need after you reinstall W7, I'll see what I can do to help you.

Thanks for the help, unfortunately I've already tried using the product key on my pc and tried downloading an ISO file from Microsoft official website. But, whenever I put in my windows 7 product key (the one located on the side of my pc), all the site provides me with is an error screen. I believe that my product key is in some way outdated or has already been redeemed? If i want it to work I would likely have to buy a new windows product key or OS download disc. Also thanks for the link you provided, but after looking at the comments of the page, I realized that people are having issues with the version of windows 7 that the publisher provided. Note: I forgot to specify, the version of windows that I first booted up with the pc was windows 7 ultimate, sadly I don't know if this is the exact version that came with the pc from the factory, or if the previous user bought and upgraded that version of windows 7.

I have given that site to dozens of HP forum members and none have reported any issues with the files from there.

I even downloaded it myself and scanned it for viruses a while back

In any event...Here is the link to the W7 Home Premium 64 Bit ISO file from the Microsoft MSDN site.

You will have to either use a dual layer DVD or USB flash drive because this file is from 2018 and is the revised edition of the original one, which was only 3.09 GB.

The link will only be good for 24 hours.

If you don't want to use the above file either, then your only option would be to buy recovery media for your PC from this vendor at the link below, as HP doesn't sell any W7 recovery media anymore, since W7 has gone out of support.
