Hello, I need to find the recovery image for my laptop, the keyboard doesn´t work fine ad I need to enable again my computer.

What is the product number of your specific HP 15m-es0000?

To find the product number for your PC, click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

Type: System Information

The System information app should show up.

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

I believe that the product number is 341T5UA#ABA, but I want to be sure.

Here is the information you need to make a USB recovery drive to reset the drive to its 'out of the box' condition:

Use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive.

Below is the link for how to use the software.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

If you have to use the software on another PC to make the recovery drive, you will need to enter your notebook's 341T5UA#ABA product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

The image was downloaded fine but the problem with the keyboard persist, the keyboard works fine in the BIOS System, but not in Windows 11, the keyboard is disabled.

Maybe can yu help me with this issue?
